Hormone Optimization ($299/month) and Medical Weight Loss ($399/month) are added as clinical recommendations once your labs are in and your story is known — not products chosen at signup. Your clinician makes the recommendation based on what your biology actually shows.
- Yes. You can choose your starting tier at activation. However, even members who start at Tier 1 or Tier 2 begin with the same comprehensive intake and lab review — because the clinician needs to see your full clinical picture before prescribing hormone therapy or GLP-1. Starting higher does not skip the diagnostic work.
- Yes. Most members reach Tier 2 (Medical Weight Loss) within their first six months because the biology asks for it. Tier upgrades happen at your decision based on your clinician's recommendation; the same named clinician carries through to the new tier.
- Yes. Membership is month-to-month. If your clinical needs change, you can downgrade to a lower tier or pause your protocol with your clinician's guidance.
- The Direct Primary Care Foundation tier has a 3-month minimum to start. The first charge is $537 (three months at $179/month billed together at signup). After the minimum, membership is month-to-month at $179/month with no contract. Your first month is fully refundable if GoodLife Health is not the right fit.
- Hormone therapy and GLP-1 are not products. They are prescriptions that should only be made when the labs and clinical evaluation support them.
